A simple meditation for happiness
1) Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths through your nose.
2) Now bring to mind an image of yourself. Not an image as you think you are. An image of who you, deep down, know you are. The person you want to be. See yourself as happy, successful and healthy. Now focus on this image of yourself for five minutes.
3) Open your eyes.
This is just one very simple meditation technique. But if you’ve followed the instructions you’ll find you’re happier, more relaxed and more positive.
