Do You Have To Use All Meditation Techniques To Reach Enlightenment?

Today, I received a question from one of our readers, Tonia Henderson, regarding our book Journey To The Buddha Within You.

Tonia asked, “Do you have to use all the meditation techniques in the book in order to reach enlightenment?”

Firstly, thanks for your question, Tonia, and for purchasing a copy of the book. I really appreciate your support and am glad to hear that you are enjoying the book.

As you know, there are a lot of different meditation techniques in the book. In fact, there are more than twenty meditation techniques all with in-depth guides to show you how to do them.

We have produced Journey To The Buddha Within You in a very specific way. The meditation techniques are laid out in an order that will lead you to enlightenment, and it is important that you do use each technique in the specific way explained in the book. This is based on years of research into meditation and enlightenment.

I do understand that it is does take a little while to reach enlightenment using the techniques in the book. And you might like to try some scheduling techniques in order to make sure you have enough time to do each of the techniques. Take a look at my guide to following a meditation schedule for more on this.

Do bear in mind that if you have meditated before, you may already be ahead of the game. In this instance you might not have to do all the meditation techniques in the book.

The book is designed to take you from where you are to enlightenment. So if you have experience meditating, then just start off from the corresponding part of the book.
